We do not offer refunds at this time. If you receive an item and it does not fit, email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to find you something that does! Please email us within 7 days of purchase to exchange or return for a store credit.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and will not be refunded shipping. In your email, identify the item you would like to return along with a brief reason for your return (doesn't fit, damaged/defective, not as expected, etc). Please also confirm the item being returned has not been worn or washed and has tags attached (if applicable) as we cannot accept returns for used products.
Please do not send items back without FIRST receiving authorization! All discounted /clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded (as stated in product postings). These are items with pricing ending in .99!
